About the Role
N&N Real Estate GmbH is seeking a reliable cleaning professional for a full-time, permanent position (approx. 40 hours/week) to join their dynamic, growing real estate company in Berlin. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of offices, apartments, and common areas, contributing to the company's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly cleaning of both office spaces at the company headquarters.
- Clean occupied, furnished long-term rental apartments every two weeks.
- Conduct thorough one-time cleaning of apartments after construction completion or tenant move-out.
- Clean and maintain stairwells in all company properties.
- Carry out general cleaning and maintenance tasks for furniture and properties.
Requirements
- Work reliably, carefully, and with a high degree of responsibility.
- Appreciate and perform independent work.
- Possess a Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to be part of and actively shape a young, growing team.
Skills
- Experience in building or apartment cleaning is advantageous but not required.
