About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will shape an exceptional in-store customer journey by bringing the brand's vision to life through aesthetics and commercial strategy, enhancing visual appeal, driving engagement, and improving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer experience through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and a visually compelling store environment.
- Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform and execute the store’s visual direction.
- Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Style mannequins and create outfit combinations to inspire customer purchasing decisions.
- Merchandise the shop floor in alignment with company guidelines for a cohesive and commercial presentation.
- Support the sales team in daily store operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
- Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards, training and mentoring team members for consistency.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element contributes to a memorable and engaging customer journey.
Requirements
- Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation to enhance commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with a passion for translating them into compelling visual displays.
- Experienced in using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive store performance.
- Committed to elevating the in-store experience through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiastic about fashion and passionate about sharing product knowledge and styling advice to create meaningful customer interactions.
- Experience in organizing teams, providing constructive feedback, and coaching others to improve performance and service standards.
- Solid understanding of store operations, including stock handling, customer service, and daily routines gained through hands-on retail experience.
- Embraces change with a proactive mindset, responding quickly to updates in stock levels, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Open to continuous learning and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Comfortable working varied shifts and adapting to the dynamic needs of a retail environment.
