About the Role
We are seeking a Working Student to support daily operations in office administration, event coordination, and IT support for our Office Team in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, external visitors, and suppliers.
- Manage office supplies and handle daily correspondence.
- Assist the Office Manager with organizational tasks and onboarding/offboarding logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of in-house events, including vendor management, setup, catering, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Provide administrative support for IT procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, International Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills with comfort in international and intercultural interactions.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Discreet in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office; office attendance is required.
