About the Role
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and claims for Forte Opening Solutions - CAN wood door and frames products. This role requires a strong understanding of product characteristics to provide technical assistance and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer order requests and process them considering manufacturing quotes, specifications, and limitations.
- Ensure rapid processing to meet demand while performing quality control.
- Acquire a thorough knowledge of product technical characteristics to provide technical assistance to customers.
- Serve as a reference for distributors and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Requirements
- Technical training and/or relevant experience.
- Autonomous, meticulous, logical, and possess analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to take on challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
