About the Role
The International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP) hires high-potential MBA and master’s students to develop them into future leaders at Johnson & Johnson. Participants will lead significant business projects, present findings to senior leaders, and make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead significant business projects with real-life implications.
- Present analysis and results to senior leaders.
- Make a significant impact on the business from the first day.
- Be an integral member of a cross-functional team.
- Participate in activities designed to encourage community amongst interns.
- Work towards structured development goals to drive success.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time MBA or master’s degree program and graduating after December 2026 or have graduated within the last 3 years.
- Must be fluent in English and Japanese.
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in Japan without sponsorship.
- Must have three or more years of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time master’s level degree program.
- Must possess proven leadership capabilities.
- Must have the ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights.
