About the Role

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS), which provides asset owners and managers with essential financial tools for effective investment solutions. Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.

Responsibilities

  • Performs reviews on client financial statements, quarterly reporting, and ensures all regulatory filings are made on time.
  • Manages draft and support distribution to all parties.
  • Comprehends the scope of services offered to clients and reviews with the team.
  • Demonstrates technical expertise and ensures the team meets all client deliverables.
  • Manages relationships of assigned clients.
  • Ensures all controls/checklists and procedures are adhered to and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactively manages risk at the business level and takes full accountability for all steps of the production chain.
  • Ensures effective use of automation and makes recommendations for current system enhancements.
  • Oversees the effective coordination of activities between multiple departments within State Street and global offshoring partners.
  • Coordinates the research and resolution of accounting issues, auditor or client comments and inquiries.
  • Reviews staff level work as needed.
  • Participates in the resolution of client issues.
  • Provides coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Evaluates staffing needs while continually striving for greater efficiencies.
  • Completes other special projects or tasks assigned by your manager.
