About the Role
Docusign is seeking a Software Engineer for the Product Led Growth team within the Growth vertical. This role involves all aspects of the software development lifecycle for the e-commerce application, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings, enjoys solving complex problems with current technologies, and collaborates effectively with team members. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code, primarily in C#.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for code.
- Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control (GIT).
- Proactively identify and report issues that may affect delivery commitments.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, maintaining code as necessary.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience building scalable and testable APIs in C#/.Net or Java.
- Experience integrating with both internal and external APIs.
- Strong object-oriented design and programming skills.
- Experience with NoSQL.
- Passion for learning and working with new technologies.
- Product development experience building large-scale web applications.
- Passion for writing high-performance, reusable code for components.
- Experience designing and developing highly scalable consumer-facing APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce and multichannel web marketing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary/Compensations
- California: $118,000.00 - $183,050.00 base salary
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,900.00 - $162,250.00 base salary
- Eligible for company bonus plan
- Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
