This is an analytical role for a finance professional with 4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related analytical finance role.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
  • Build and maintain integrated financial models for forecasting, valuation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, capital allocation, and business planning.
  • Analyze historical and projected financial performance, identify key value drivers and risks, and assess results against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Evaluate the financial and strategic impact of new initiatives, investments, projects, and business decisions.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Synthesize complex financial and operating data into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development of dashboards and visualization materials.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring KPIs for performance management and cost optimization.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment on financial outputs.
  • Support intercompany allocation analysis and expense management workflows.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to automate recurring analyses, reduce manual work, and improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and controls around assumptions, models, and outputs.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a similarly rigorous analytical finance role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building integrated financial statements, forecasts, valuation analyses, scenario and sensitivity analyses, or transaction models.
  • Direct budgeting experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to build clear, well-structured models and analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools, such as large language models or AI-assisted coding and analysis, to accelerate work and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, management-level materials and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who approaches financial problems with intellectual curiosity and identifies non-obvious solutions.
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player who is comfortable working across functions.
