About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience across planning, design, and construction while providing opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and build a strong foundation for a career in engineering. You'll work with a dynamic team of industry-leading engineers on a diverse portfolio of municipal, federal, and industrial projects while collaborating with senior engineers, peer interns, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Responsibilities
- Research engineering solutions and support project analyses, reporting, and design activities.
- Assist in developing technical documents and presentations using tools such as ArcGIS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other software.
- Support engineering analyses and design efforts on water, wastewater, and environmental projects.
- Assist with technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.
- Develop maps, figures, presentations, and other project materials.
- Participate in fieldwork and construction management activities, providing exposure to the full project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
