About the Role
Aon is seeking recent graduates for its Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers in Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. This program provides comprehensive training to help you understand risk, navigate insurance markets, and make informed decisions. As a Broker, you will develop the skills and knowledge to manage complex risks and serve as a liaison between clients and insurers.
Responsibilities
- Assess risk exposures using data, analytics, and market intelligence.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify coverage gaps.
- Prepare market submissions, renewal materials, and client deliverables.
- Engage with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Coordinate renewals, review contracts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Leverage technology, data analytics, and market insights for client recommendations.
- Build trust and develop client and market relationships.
- Support placement workflows across various teams and partners.
- Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve broking processes and client delivery.
Requirements
- An interest in business, risk, insurance, reinsurance, analytics, finance, economics, client service, or global markets.
- A desire to pursue a career in Commercial Risk and/or Reinsurance - Broking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
