About the Role
As an experienced SAP Technical Consultant, you will play a central role in designing and optimizing our SAP HCM landscape. You will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of complex solutions, particularly in the areas of ABAP Objects, interface development, and data migration. Your in-depth understanding of SAP Payroll and SAP Organizational Management will enable you to develop and maintain tailored systems. You will also take on responsibilities in development management and contribute to the successful implementation of challenging SAP projects, including senior-level HCM migrations.

- Technical design and implementation of complex SAP HCM solutions
- ABAP Objects development
- Interface development (ALE/LDAP/SOAP)
- Data migration using LSMW
- Development and maintenance of tailored SAP systems
- Development management
- Contribution to challenging SAP projects, including senior-level HCM migrations
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects (ABAP OO) development
- Expertise in interface development (ALE, LDAP, SOAP)
- Proven skills in data migration using LSMW
- Solid understanding of and experience with SAP Payroll (PY)
- Practical experience with SAP Organizational Management (OM)
- Leadership experience in development projects
- Senior-level experience in SAP HCM migration projects
- German language skills at C1 level
- English language skills at B2 level
