About the Role

Assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about travel and customer service.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences
Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and tours
Provide clients with itineraries, travel tips, and required documentation information
Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after their trips
Stay up to date on travel deals, destinations, and industry updates
Manage reservations and client information within the company's booking systems
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

Customer service or sales experience preferred
Basic computer and internet skills
Previous travel industry experience is a plus, but not required
