About the Role
Join Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, a luxury hotel in Sydney, as part of our growing Housekeeping team. We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linen and towels, and refresh rooms
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean bathrooms
- Replenish toiletries, amenities, and other guest supplies
- Keep corridors and public areas clean and tidy
- Restock housekeeping carts and linen rooms
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property
- Work efficiently and independently, supporting the team to prepare rooms on time
- Deliver friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and hotel security procedures
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia are required
