About the Role
Responsible for the product and acting as a spokesperson for the clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize client needs and requirements, defining user targets, expectations, and product features.
- Update the product backlog to prioritize features for development and present it to clients for review.
- Define EPICS and User Stories, ensuring they align with budget constraints.
- Ensure budgets are approved for assigned EPICS and that solutions match team capacity.
- Prepare strategy and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Define product features based on customer requirements.
- Lead the development process by creating a product roadmap.
- Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development.
- Organize and rank items in the product backlog according to requirements.
- Assist the development team in achieving sprint goals.
- Adjust and improve each iteration before product release.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Inform stakeholders and customers about product status.
Requirements
- Exposure to FS Domain.
- Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile methodology in multiple roles such as Scrum Master, Product/Service Owner.
