Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive sales insights for each DA strategy and tactic, collaborating with the Marketing Director to design optimal customer segmentation, targeting, sales activity frequency, KPI targets, and sales incentives to maximize impact and results.
  • Lead the cycle of designing, tracking, analyzing, and proposing actions for sales KPIs aligned with product strategy, swiftly identifying opportunities and driving improvements in sales organization competitiveness and results.
  • Lead the design of the sales organization based on ST portfolio strategy (considering late pipeline), collaborating with SFE/Marketing to contribute to the optimal Go-to-Market Model.
  • Propose competitive sales strategies based on multi-faceted data analysis and competitive analysis, reporting sales execution progress to leadership and executives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing/SFE) to propose sales organization structure, size, and necessary new capabilities aligned with ST portfolio strategy, building a competitive Go-to-Market model.
  • Lead the construction and operation of KPI dashboards to enhance DA sales execution, proposing and implementing optimized processes for the STBU.
  • Provide objective advice based on numerical analysis for RSD/DM area strategies to improve area plans.
  • Support organizational improvement and contribute to creating an environment for achieving results through enhanced execution and operational efficiency in each DA.
  • Analyze multi-faceted data using various methods to derive quantitative conclusions and provide coaching.
  • Engage stakeholders, build consensus, and lead towards overall goals.
  • Present proposals impactfully, confirming understanding and providing data-based explanations.
  • Build and operate KPI dashboards to enhance sales execution.
  • Provide objective advice based on numerical analysis for area strategies.
  • Support organizational improvement and create an environment for achieving results.
