About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and influence regional marketing programs that drive revenue impact, customer engagement, and sales alignment. This role requires bridging marketing execution with business analysis, creating impactful experiences, and leveraging data for insights and optimization. The ideal candidate will design and execute field programs and events, consult on business planning, pipeline acceleration, and market expansion, with a strong understanding of business drivers, customer segments, and sales dynamics, backed by analytical skills and a passion for results. This is a fast-paced environment requiring initiative, responsibility, effective communication, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute multi-channel field marketing strategies supporting pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and regional growth targets.
  • Partner with sales leadership, customer success, and demand generation teams to align field efforts with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities in the buyer journey, regional coverage, and segment-specific tactics, then develop targeted programs.
  • Support quarterly strategies, fund field events, customer roundtables, executive dinners, and third-party sponsorships, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Track and report on field marketing performance using CRM and analytics tools, leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Develop quarterly plans in partnership with sales, incorporating revenue goals and pipeline health metrics.
  • Own and manage budgets to ensure spend aligns with goals and ROI benchmarks.
  • Act as the voice of the field to corporate marketing, sharing front-line insights to influence campaign planning, content strategy, and brand initiatives.
  • Present strategies, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop briefing materials, strategic updates, and post-event reports to build trusted advisor relationships with executive sales and marketing leaders.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing high-impact field programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform business and gap analysis to influence planning at regional or segment levels.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail across planning, logistics, communication, and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
