About the Role
Kepler is seeking a senior individual contributor to own how the company presents itself to the world. This role is responsible for the website, brand, customer and investor materials, and all written content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent writing skills, and fluency in AI tools to elevate Kepler's brand and ensure its outputs are trusted.
Responsibilities
- Own the company's website, brand identity, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual system, and messaging across all platforms.
- Design, write, and code website updates, from headlines to new pages.
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging that highlights Kepler's unique value proposition.
- Create customer proof through case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Develop customer and investor materials, including pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Manage the company's public voice through CEO's writing, blog posts, and social media.
- Execute product launches and co-marketing initiatives from conception to completion.
- Optimize search engine visibility and AI answer presence.
- Improve website sections, analyst output templates, and executive communications.
- Identify and address brand weaknesses.
- Collaborate with strategy & ops, product, and CEO on business building.
- Gain direct customer insights through call participation.
- Manage budget for tools, contractors, and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing and brand experience, preferably for enterprise B2B buyers.
- Demonstrated design sense with shipped work that is visually appealing and effective.
- Strong brand and positioning judgment, with the ability to analyze and critique company branding.
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write in different voices and on technical subjects.
- Ability to create comprehensive pieces, including decks, web pages, and case studies.
- Proficiency in AI tools for website development and content creation (e.g., Claude).
- Focus on customer reaction and impact over cleverness.
- Proactive problem-solving and a willingness to fix issues directly.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback before product release.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
- Adaptability to changing plans and ability to ship work under pressure.
- High taste, range, and drive are prioritized over a rigid resume.
- Experience in early-stage environments where work is highly visible.
