About the Role
As a Retail Assistant in Sephora, you are a Beauty Advisor fundamental to the store team, inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You will have the opportunity to work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments. You will receive onboarding training and have access to a unique online learning platform for continuous learning. Joining Sephora and the LVMH community offers endless options for discovery and career growth. If vacancies exist at the end of the holiday period, you may have the opportunity for an extended contract, potentially leading to a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
- Work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Provide availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
- Be available throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.
Requirements
- Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by listening and embracing their unique needs.
- Be a keen observer of new products and iconic brands.
- Be a quick learner willing to expand knowledge on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Be able to multitask and think on your feet.
- Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of the loyalty program.
- Have a passion to share beauty knowledge with your team and Sephora customers.
- Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
