About the Role
This position plays a key role in executing strategic private market transactions and capital raising assignments, taking ownership of analytical workstreams, and contributing meaningfully to client strategies and investment recommendations. For Director level candidates, the role includes mentorship, training, driving operational excellence, growing client relationships, business development, and strategic leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support financial modelling and valuation analysis for equity-related transactions
- Conduct comprehensive sensitivity analysis and scenario testing
- Prepare detailed cash flow projections, return metrics, and investment analysis
- Manage or assist in the due diligence process for transactions
- Support senior team members in client interactions and complex transaction execution
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare comprehensive market reports, investment memoranda, and client presentations
- Create compelling pitch materials and deliver presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Drive business development efforts and originate new client relationships (Director level)
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on capital structuring and investment strategy (Director level)
- Lead complex equity capital transactions from origination through closing (Director level)
- Manage and mentor junior team members (Director level)
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations (Director level)
- Provide thought leadership on real estate capital markets trends (Director level)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or capital markets advisory (Senior Analyst)
- 10+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, or capital markets advisory (Director)
- Proven track record of successfully closing significant equity transactions (Director)
- Strong business development skills with an established network in the real estate investment community (Director)
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor junior professionals (Director)

- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets dynamics
