About the Role
This individual will possess solid engineering fundamentals and understanding, with some supervision, in the design, development, integration, testing, validation, and performance optimization of low-level device driver software, firmware, and Hardware/Software interfaces for new MSM ASIC chipsets. They will review systems specifications, requirements, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, work on subsystem design and total system integration, and identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies. The role involves developing and recommending corrective actions and participating in design reviews and project meetings.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, integration, testing, validation, and performance optimization of low-level device driver software, firmware, and Hardware/Software interfaces for new MSM ASIC chipsets.
- Review systems specifications, requirements, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
- Work on subsystem design and total system integration.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
Requirements
- Solid engineering fundamentals and understanding.
- Ability to work with some supervision.
Education Level
- Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field.
Salary/Compensations
- $134,347.00 - $141,200.00/year
