About the Role
Netflix is seeking a leader for its Partnerships Finance & Strategy team in EMEA. This role provides strategic, financial, and analytical support to the Partnerships organization, which is crucial for membership and revenue growth. The team helps define strategy, evaluate opportunities, and support deal negotiations to expand Netflix's global reach and enhance the member experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and analytical leadership in Partnerships, covering bundles, CE/platform, and games.
- Ensure regional consistency in financial operations, including deal modeling, business case frameworks, and standardized metrics.
- Act as the primary interface for Partner Product and cross-functional analytics teams, coordinating learning agendas.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a healthy and forward-thinking culture.
- Manage EMEA and global stakeholders, maintaining regional engagement and global strategy alignment.
- Provide strategic support for Partnerships Operations to drive global and regional consistency.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver high-quality work on complex projects.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of experience in strategic and analytical roles within Partnerships, Growth, or Go-To-Market in consumer tech.
- Experience working with and advising Partnerships/Business Development organizations.
- Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and building highly effective teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to identify key questions, perform analyses, communicate findings clearly, and find innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with an 80/20 approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain self-discipline.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross-functional partners.
- Effective communication skills, good judgment, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are critical.
- An MBA or Management Consulting experience is preferred.
