About the Role
Northrop Grumman's Insights and Intelligence organization is seeking a people and product leader to lead Business Management Insights and Intelligence within Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information and Digital Office. This leader will build and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team that delivers trusted AI, analytics, and decision support products for enterprise and program business management stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve on the Business i2 leadership team, driving AI, analytics, and product strategy.
- Lead a team of analytics engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists focused on the business management domain.
- Develop and deliver a roadmap of AI and analytics solutions to improve business operations management.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align roadmaps with business priorities and realize business impacts.
- Develop and maintain innovative products leveraging data, AI, and advanced analytics.
- Identify and articulate team priorities based on business needs.
- Communicate results to an executive audience, effectively telling the data story.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience building high-performing teams and developing technical talent.
- Understanding of Business Management domain areas and metrics (e.g., financial performance, pricing and estimating, forecasting).
- Demonstrated experience using analytics to inform decision-making.
- Experience in executive data storytelling and building compelling presentations.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to use programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for statistical analyses.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) for developing analysis products and capabilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating on projects with multiple teams.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with government clearance.
