Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, account teams, and leadership on AI-driven business transformation.
- Lead executive discussions, workshops, and strategy engagements focused on business outcomes and value realisation.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and value frameworks aligned to customer priorities.
- Shape opportunities by connecting business challenges with Microsoft's AI, Copilot, and agentic capabilities.
- Collaborate across sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
- Develop reusable thought leadership, methodologies, and assets that accelerate customer value.
- Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to the growth of the Business Architecture community.
Requirements
- Experience in business architecture, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic advisory roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex business transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, business processes, and organisational change.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology domains.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organisations.
