Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors courteously, adhering to organizational policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Computer keyboarding and general telephone knowledge required.
  • High level of concentration, memory retention, and attention to detail required.
  • Competency in spoken communication, interaction, versatility, decision making, problem solving, coping, commitment to task, tolerance of ambiguity, decisiveness, and ability to work both independently and in a team required.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
  • May be required to work weekends or overtime.
  • Clearly speak, write, and understand the English language, and be understood when speaking English.
