About the Role
Join Asahi Beverages to grow a portfolio of premium spirits and mixer brands across NSW. This customer-facing role involves partnering with venues to drive distribution, execute activations, secure new opportunities, and build strong commercial relationships. We seek a commercially minded sales professional with on-premise channel understanding and a passion for premium brands.
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution growth across the Spirits & StrangeLove portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong customer partnerships across NSW.
- Execute customer plans, activations and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow volume, profitability and brand visibility.
- Conduct venue reviews and use insights to drive commercial outcomes.
- Manage pricing, trading terms and customer agreements.
- Deliver against territory sales and execution targets.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the on-premise channel.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build lasting relationships.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously.
- Current RSA and unrestricted driver's licence required.
