About the Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work closely with the founders to actively shape the future of Manta and drive the next phase of growth. You will focus on key strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate Manta's expansion.

Responsibilities

Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) projects independently, including conception, testing, and scaling growth initiatives.
Contribute to the preparation and execution of trade shows and industry events, converting contacts into business opportunities.
Manage GTM and operational channels, actively acquiring new customers and supporting existing ones.
Improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, building systems, and implementing automations.
Utilize modern AI tools in daily work, assisting with prompt engineering, quality assurance, and analysis of product and customer inquiries.
Act as an extension of the founders, maintaining focus on priorities, preparing decisions, and contributing where needed most.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree, in a gap year, or a recent graduate with strong academic performance.
Clear and persuasive communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.
Strong hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to work.
Growth mindset with a desire for strategic thinking, operational execution, and personal development.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Notion, and Agentic Workflow Tools, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Willingness to support at selected trade shows and customer appointments, with no hesitation towards direct customer contact.
Previous experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, or personal projects is a plus.
Interest in veterinary medicine or industry experience is helpful but not required.
Curiosity, reliability, high self-motivation, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Comfort with an environment where priorities can shift, responsibility may not be clearly defined, and progress is valued over perfection.
