About the Role
Stripe is seeking AI-enabled builders for a 12-month intensive training program. Participants will be paired with a host team, given a broad mandate, and ideally placed in a full-time Product Manager role upon completion. The program focuses on applying skills at a company that values quality and global scale, with an emphasis on elevating Stripe's craft and quality through AI.
Responsibilities
- Embed deeply with Stripe's users to understand their needs and forge new AI-enabled solutions.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from discovery and design to implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Build on a home team and learn across Stripe, with the goal of landing a full-time Product Manager role.
- Demonstrate an ownership mindset by navigating technical constraints, unclear requirements, and process friction.
- Optimize workflows and tooling to increase leverage and automate improvements.
- Deliver meaningful features and improvements that have a real impact on users.
- Maintain Stripe's quality bar while moving faster than traditional development.
- Spread AI-enabled development approaches and help others level up their AI skills.
Requirements
- Must be an AI-enabled builder.
- Must be looking to apply skills at a company that deeply cares about quality with global scale.
- Must be an early career engineer who can solve problems, write code, ship features, and iterate quickly.
- Must have a core focus on elevating Stripe’s craft and quality.
- Must have a CS or engineering degree.
- Must have built something through internships, personal projects, or school.
