About the Role
Join Peregrine's Business Operations & Strategy team, partnering with leaders across product, engineering, delivery, and go-to-market functions to enhance operations, drive new initiatives, and support company growth. This role emphasizes execution, trust, and culture, acting on everything from corporate strategy to tactical execution in service to Peregrine and its people.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and teams across Peregrine, addressing bottlenecks to continued growth.
- Embed, learn, and deliver early wins by deeply understanding the domain and building trust.
- Deliver step-function change by performing necessary actions to solve problems and enable scaling.
- Rotate and spin out when appropriate, gaining experience across various business projects.
- Learn, grow, and support teammates within the Business Operations team.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity, plus experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrated history of distinctiveness and driving stellar outcomes.
- Clear and compelling communication and thinking skills to distill complexity and rally people around a vision.
- Strong analytical toolkit, including Excel skills (SQL/Python and AI fluency are a bonus).
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action.
- Low-ego and openness, with the ability to introspect, consider multiple perspectives, and act on feedback.
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate full-time.
- Willingness and enthusiasm for being in the office 4 days a week.
