About the Role
This team is responsible for semiconductor device failure analysis. We operate 24/7 and are seeking a failure analysis engineer who can work in shifts. The role involves a wide range of activities including semiconductor tester operation, X-ray inspection, optical/electron microscopy, and semiconductor device processing using chemicals, offering an attractive environment for analysis engineers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries using semiconductor testers (ATE)
- Perform inspections using X-ray inspection equipment and optical microscopes
- Process semiconductor devices using chemicals
Requirements
- No experience necessary (candidates with knowledge or experience in fields such as science, engineering, or chemistry are welcome)
- Ability to work in shifts
- Comfortable with English (reporting tasks are required)
- Japanese language skills: Business conversation level or higher
