As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights. Responsibilities
- Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
- Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
- Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
- Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
- Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.
Requirements
- Proven track record in retail sales and team leadership.
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
- Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Base+Commission/year
