About the Role
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
- Utilize scanners for inventory management, including locating and putting away tires.
- Consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Be able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call as needed.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (THC/marijuana not tested).
