About the Role
This newly created role allows you to engage in the full product development lifecycle within our most popular category, directly contributing to customer delight. You will collaborate with in-house designers and cross-functional teams to bring collections to life, from initial design concepts and tech pack creation to fit sessions and managing the details that transition a style from sketch to customer.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with designers to bring styles to life, including creating tech packs, specs, and blocks.
- Maintain and update the PLM system (WFX) with specs, BOMs, costings, and colorways.
- Track samples and fit sessions to ensure adherence to the critical path.
- Source fabrics, trims, and prints weekly, and prepare artwork for suppliers.
- Manage timelines and deliveries to ensure styles are ready for purchase.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in fabric knowledge, with a keen eye for quality and design intent.
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, friendly, and honest team player with a willingness to assist colleagues.
