About the Role
We are seeking a valued professional to manage billing and claims, playing a key role in project success. You will utilize digital tools and receive support in client disputes.
Responsibilities
- Billing of construction services and claims management
- Creation and review of measurements and progress reports
- Preparation and enforcement of claims
- Collaboration with site management, estimating, and clients
- Review of subcontractor invoices
- Support in claim management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician
- Experience in construction billing and/or claims management
- Knowledge of VOB/B and common software
- Diligence, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
