About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) to lead civil engineering, road construction, and sewer construction projects. This role offers projects within your region, reliable planning, and a supportive employer, moving away from constant travel and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering, road construction, and sewer construction projects independently.
- Manage schedules, costs, and quality.
- Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform quantity take-offs, billing, and change order management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and building regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and authorities.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician/master craftsman.
- Experience in construction management for civil engineering, road construction, or sewer construction.
- Knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen) and common construction software.
- Assertiveness and organizational skills.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
