About the Role
Join our team to lead technically demanding civil engineering projects in your region, offering predictable assignments and genuine appreciation, moving away from night shifts, long closures, and constant travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil and bridge engineering projects from preparation to acceptance.
- Manage schedules, costs, and quality.
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform measurements, billing, and change order management.
- Oversee execution planning and building regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, inspection engineers, and authorities.
Requirements
- Civil engineering degree (structural engineering focus is a plus).
- Experience in construction management for civil and bridge engineering.
- Knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and common construction software.
- Technical understanding, assertiveness, and team spirit.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
