About the Role
Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. Our advocates have unlimited earning capacity with lucrative commission plans and a career path offering maximum potential for upward mobility into leadership. Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
- Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
- Engage with customers at events, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required for this position.
- Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to the location.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions to completion.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
