About the Role
Levelpath is seeking a Product Manager to revolutionize the modern procurement software industry. This role involves understanding customer pain points, translating insights into product enhancements, and collaborating with the engineering team for feature implementation. You will work in an office located in downtown San Francisco and occasionally travel to Europe.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer and user pain points through meetings, implementation, support tickets, and product usage.
- Distill customer and user insights into clear problem statements and prioritized product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to execute the implementation of product features/capabilities.
- Fill any needs to ensure overall team and product success, such as testing complex feature releases or configuring prospect demos.
- Work in an office located in downtown San Francisco, collaborating closely with leadership and customer teams.
- Occasionally travel to Europe.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Appreciation for the needs and complexities of large enterprise customers.
- Strong perspectives that can be articulated clearly and succinctly.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative attitude, believing good ideas can come from anywhere or anyone.
- Focus on understanding the problem before jumping to solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
