About the Role
Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations, set new quality standards, and ensure residents experience luxury living. This role is crucial in redefining apartment living by providing top-notch customer service, managing resident satisfaction programs, and serving as a key point of contact for residents and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service.
- Implement programs to address resident satisfaction.
- Maintain company customer service standards.
- Serve as a point of contact, offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations.
- Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to enhance the experience for prospects, during move-in/move-out, and for current residents.
- Tackle new problems and see them through to completion.
- Show residents care and attention.
- Provide information, direction, and instruction over the phone and in-person.
- Engage in quality conversations.
- Juggle multiple tasks and time-sensitive requests while maintaining composure and positivity.
- Handle phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Escalate issues to the proper next steps.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
- 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
