About the Role

As part of the Portfolio Management and Assurance team (PMA), you will prepare project documents, provide regular status updates, and undertake research and analysis to support informed decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Source, collate and compile data to identify emerging issues and conduct project reviews.
  • Design, develop and co-ordinate project documentation (templates, forms, presentations, and processes).
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Action, Issue, Risk and Decision Made logs.
  • Develop an effective network of both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage diverse projects while supporting Portfolio Management and Assurance team functions.
  • Experience engaging and consulting with stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in project and/or program management.
  • Experience in preparing a variety of project-related documentation, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers as required.
  • National Criminal History Record Check.
  • An Australian Right to Work Check.

Salary/Compensations

  • Clerk Grade 7/8 $116,981 to $129,492pa. + super + leave loading
