About the Role

Duolingo is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Program Manager to support and oversee paid marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with creative, campaign managers, agencies and media vendors to plan and execute performance marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for performance marketing programs, including campaign launches, creative production, and analytics projects.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans to support campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with channel owners, agencies, and internal partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with goals.
  • Support the team by tracking cross-functional dependencies (Brand, Creative, Product, Legal) for campaigns as needed.
  • Build and maintain a creative briefing process.

Requirements

  • Experience managing performance marketing or paid media programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic tools).
  • Excellent program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work 20–30 hours per week, remotely, collaborating during U.S. Eastern business hours.
