About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for building construction and turnkey projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects in your home region, with predictable evenings, a company car for private use, and real responsibility without corporate bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of building construction and turnkey projects from work preparation to acceptance.
- Management of subcontractors and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Leadership of construction site personnel and coordination of all trades on site.
- Taking measurements, invoicing, and change order management.
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with building regulations.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, architects, and specialist planners.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician/master craftsman.
- Several years of experience in construction management for building construction/turnkey projects.
- Proficient use of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and common construction software (e.g., iTWO, MS Project).
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and team spirit.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
