About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to take on full responsibility for turnkey and civil engineering projects, managing timelines, costs, and quality. This role offers genuine decision-making authority, budget responsibility, and regional projects, with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for turnkey and civil engineering projects regarding schedule, costs, and quality
- Leadership and management of construction managers and subcontractors
- Negotiation of contracts, change orders, and budgets with clients and partners
- Management of work preparation and construction sequence planning
- Ensuring quality and safety standards on construction sites
- Reporting to management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management in turnkey/civil engineering
- Sound knowledge of VOB, contract law, and calculation
- Leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and negotiation skills
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
