Responsibilities
- Lead renovation and remodeling projects in existing buildings.
- Manage schedules, costs, and quality.
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
- Perform measurements, billing, and change order management.
- Coordinate with clients, planners, and authorities.
- Handle risks associated with existing buildings and monument protection regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician/master craftsman.
- Experience in construction management, preferably in existing buildings/renovations.
- Knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen) and common construction software.
- Solution-oriented, flexible work approach.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
