About the Role
This role focuses on developing and implementing quality processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring products meet required standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses.
- Collaborate with internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) and external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and executed.
- Determine root cause for non-compliant products or materials and implement corrective actions.
- Write inspection procedures and review/evaluate in-process rejections, obtaining proper product dispositions.
- Analyze factory quality performance and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans.
- Serve as the primary customer Quality interface, potentially conducting customer business briefings.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences.
- Must have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
