Paint, repair, clean and perform filter replacements, belt inspections for the HVAC machines.
Keep logs and daily sign in inspections for boiler rooms and Laundry rooms.
Ensure pools have the appropriate dosage of chemicals.
Run monthly testing on emergency lights transfer switches and emergency exit signage.
Replace failed ballasts fixtures and interior/exterior lamps.
Verify alarm panels, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers are properly filled.
Repair leaks, unclog pipes and toilets.
Ensure Alice tickets are closed in a timely manner.
Achieve customer satisfaction.
Work with all departments on guest-related issues and internal hotel issues.
Report to Director of Engineering on shift activities and completed tasks.
Manage chemicals safely, including cleaning agents, pool chemicals, and paints, while ensuring correct labeling.
Use correct PPE equipment, including eyewear, ear protection, and safety gloves.
Safely work on crawl spaces and boiler rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Display courteous behavior with guests and team members.
Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition.
Attend required meetings.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
