About the Role

Drive revenue-focused product marketing that directly impacts go-to-market and revenue success. This foundational role will define the Product Marketing function, hire and mentor team members, and pioneer new approaches at a fast-growing AI company. Collaborate with Sales, Growth, GTMOps, and Enablement teams on narratives, sales enablement, funnel optimization, and revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create core narrative, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards for revenue teams.
  • Create and maintain pitch decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and QBR templates.
  • Build detailed buyer personas, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Create training programs, sales assets, and enablement materials for GTM and CX teams.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the revenue funnel through messaging, collateral, and campaigns.
  • Develop programs and materials to drive customer expansion and increase investment.
  • Develop case studies, success stories, and reference programs.
  • Synthesize complex topics into simple, memorable, and repeatable messaging for sales reps.
  • Integrate AI tools to automate tasks and enhance work effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on MM-Ent.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or revenue-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer buying processes, sales processes, revenue expansion, and funnel optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks.
  • Proven track record as a trusted partner to GTM leaders in building revenue foundations and driving growth.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Experimentation mindset to utilize AI tools for optimizing and scaling Product Marketing workflows.
  • Success partnering with Marketing, Sales, and CX organizations, representing the voice of the customer.
