Requirements

High School graduate
Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with at least one quarter/semester of school after the completion of the summer program
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications
Curious, collaborative, and interested in learning more about careers in AI banking products, technologies, and experiences
Ability to maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks
Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to apply logical/critical thought processes when developing solutions
Ability to display a positive business presence with management and external personnel
A strong interest in Banking as a career
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

About the Company

Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands-on experience in their field of study.
Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments.
Rising seniors (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads) may participate in the Huntington Internship Program, an 11-week, role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives.
In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities.
All interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization.
Within the Business Innovation & AI Products, interns gain exposure to leading and innovating banking AI solutions and products.
