About the Role
This October, Berlin will host one of the biggest and most exciting tech events of the year. We’re looking for friendly, confident and energetic Brand Ambassadors who speak fluent German and English to give our international guests a fantastic conference experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a face of the event, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
- Welcome and assist attendees.
- Support reception and check-in desks.
- Provide directions and assist guests with navigation.
- Support conference and seminar rooms.
- Assist in busy areas and manage queues.
- Position and check event signage.
- Provide flexible support to the event team.
- Adapt to different tasks and locations at short notice.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English.
- Friendly, proactive approach and confidence to engage with people.
- Clear communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- Eligibility to work under a short-term employment arrangement (kurzfristige Beschäftigung).
- Full availability on all four event days (October 19-22, 2026).
- Must arrange own travel and accommodation.
