About the Role

The AI Solutions Architect will apply AI technologies to solve high-value business problems across Providence Equity Partners (PEP) and its portfolio companies. This role partners with various business teams to understand needs, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into practical, secure, and scalable solutions, guiding initiatives from conception through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT, Investment, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to understand business processes, identify high-value opportunities for AI, and prioritize initiatives.
Translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions by evaluating available technologies and determining how existing AI tools, platforms, and enterprise capabilities can be applied.
Design solution approaches leveraging existing AI capabilities, including generative AI platforms, intelligent agents, enterprise search, and workflow automation.
Leverage current, commercially available AI solutions within existing business processes and enterprise systems, recommending alternatives when necessary.
Evaluate AI models, platforms, applications, and third-party solutions based on business requirements, functionality, cost, security, and risk.
Determine the appropriate solution approach, including when to leverage existing capabilities, configure commercial products, integrate technologies, or use non-AI solutions.
Lead AI initiatives from business problem definition through implementation and adoption, coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle.
Establish reusable solution patterns, implementation approaches, and playbooks for scaling AI use cases.
Partner with Technology and Legal teams to incorporate security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
Define and monitor measures of solution effectiveness and business impact, using results to guide enhancements.
Handle ad hoc requests as they arise.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic position.
