About the Role

Soda is hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. This role involves creating ad copy, assets, and landing pages, managing the budget, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. You will report to a co-founder and join the Growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end to end across various platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, ChatGpt, and X.
  • Create ad creative, including copy, static images, video, and landing pages.
  • Implement a rigorous testing cadence: hypothesis, ship, read, and kill.
  • Manage the budget and focus on generating pipeline and qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with founders, customer engineers, and customers to refine market messaging.
  • Run enterprise B2B paid campaigns for a company with no existing brand pull.
  • Utilize AI tools to produce and iterate creative at scale.
  • Take ownership of the budget and achieve performance targets.
  • Manage landing pages, tracking, conversion APIs, UTMs, and CRM functionalities.
  • Communicate effectively with data engineers and CDOs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running enterprise B2B paid acquisition campaigns at a startup or growth-stage technical company.
  • Experience in data, infrastructure, developer tools, security, or observability sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to run paid campaigns for companies with limited brand recognition and tight budgets.
  • Obsessed with experimentation and a track record of running numerous tests.
  • Experience creating ad creative, including copy, static, and video.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for creative production and iteration.
  • Experience with budget ownership and achieving performance goals.
  • Sufficient technical skills for landing pages, tracking, conversion APIs, UTMs, and CRM.
  • Strong data fluency to effectively communicate with technical audiences.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
